Description:
This year, the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will be supporting our friends at Visit Cape, as they open a new chapter in the Cape Girardeau cultural pantheon.
From designs submitted to us by the public, judges will select the top 20 designs, and will supply each participant with a free pumpkin. Carved pumpkins must be submitted by Wednesday, October 19th. All submissions will be displayed throughout the festival.
Representatives from Visit Cape, The Fall Festival Committee, and The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will pick the Top 3 carvings, which will be announced at the Opening Ceremony.
