What is Galentine’s Day? According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, Galentine’s Day is a “day for women to celebrate their friendships with their lady friends.” Let’s do it! And of course, no Galentine’s Day would be complete without cocktails! In true Italian style, there are three options each for negronis, spritzes and martinis in addition to wine, beer and some café favorites like a boozy espresso and rumchata latte.
